Balls can only be rolled a card length with your club if they are in the fairway.
Your ball can only be cleaned once you get to the putting surface or weather conditions make it necessary. ( The commissioner will decide)
You must play the ball you tee off with. You can't change balls to putt, Changing balls is a lost ball and two shot penalty,
Amateurs are now all as many clubs as they want in their golf bag.
If your ball lands on a rock or a tree stump it can must be played as it lies or take a one shot penalty to drop it one club length from where it lies.
There is one lift, rake and place in the bunker, If the balls lands in the same bunker again there is no lift, rake and place.
The hole is finished when your ball is putted in the hole.
